Transportation Services

Airport transport/Meet and Greet

Whether arriving or departing, our fixed-rate airport services will make your trip easier. Your chauffer will meet you upon your arrival, help with luggage retrieval, and escort you to your vehicle. You’ll find our chauffeurs to be professionals in every sense, highly familiar with the airports we serve, well trained in customer service and defensive driving.

Our Dispatch System uses real-time flight tracking through FAA integration, so when your flight arrives early, so does your chauffeured vehicle. All of our vehicles feature GPS satellite tracking, which allows us to monitor location and speed at all times. We will protect your time, every time.

Road Shows

CityCar Services Worldwide Road Shows are an ideal and productive alternative to commuter rail or air travel. We will handle every detail of your multi-stop travel. Road Show logistics specialists and chauffeurs are trained to respond to the rigorous details and full day schedules of your road show. We integrate your manifest data into our software system, which is used by all Reservations, Dispatch and Chauffeur staff. We assign chauffeurs at least a day in advance, and provide you with their contact information in case you need to reach them directly at any point.

Corporate Meetings and Events

CityCar’s Meetings & Events service is provided by a dedicated events management team, including a program manager and on-site coordinators who work closely with you and our Operations Team to manage all transportation logistics for your meeting or event. Changes to the manifest and itinerary are captured by our software system, which provides all staff with automatic updates. Your travel manager will be completely informed of pick up times and locations.
